About Us

Brentwood Park is located right next to Macey's and the Provo River.  We are a family complex with a friendly, peaceful atmosphere.  We have 55 apartments, all of them with two large bedrooms and one bathroom.  Some of our apartments have been recently remodeled to include dishwashers, new flooring, and new paint.  Our apartments all include central air, internet, cable, water, sewer, and garbage services.  We pride ourselves on offering nice, affordable, and clean apartments in a friendly environment.  Call us today to come see our apartments!

    Do they have washer & dryer?

    We have a few units that come with washers and dryers. There are also several with hookups but do not come with the appliances.
