Our application is online at https://thealietafund.prospectportal.com/Apartments/module/application_authentication/.  There is a $50 application fee, $25 will be reimbursed in the form of a credit on your first month's rent if you sign the lease.  You must pass the background check to qualify for a lease. Click the link on the right to go straight there and follow these easy steps:

1. Click "Apply now" you should find it underneath the phone number.
2. Fill out the forms.
3. Finish payment.
4. Call 385-204-4545 if you run into any problems or have questions.
